The Riverie . New York, NY

  • The Riverie is the largest multifamily geothermal project in New York State. The development will transform a 2.6-acre city block on Brooklyn’s Greenpoint-Williamsburg waterfront into an 834-unit mixed-use residential development, with 30% of units designated as affordable under the Affordable New York Housing Program. Spearheaded by Lendlease and Aware Super, the all-electric geothermally powered project targets LEED Gold, Fitwel, and WEDG certifications. Anchored by a reimagined waterfront esplanade, the development will prioritize climate resilience, low-carbon materials, native landscaping, and greywater irrigation. With strong community integration, local hiring initiatives, and wellness-focused design, The Riverie is poised to set a new standard for sustainable urban living in New York City.

Claremont Hall . New York, NY

  • Claremont Hall is a 42-story, 354,000-square-foot mixed-use tower developed and constructed by Lendlease in partnership with L+M Development Partners and Daiwa House Texas Inc., seamlessly integrating into Union Theological Seminary’s Morningside Heights campus. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interiors by CetraRuddy, the building features 165 luxury condominiums and 54,000 square feet of academic space including classrooms, faculty apartments, and offices. Notable amenities include a renovated historic refectory-turned-pool, multiple resident lounges, a gym, and a music and maker’s studio. The project involved the demolition of two structures, seismic renovation of a 100-year-old building adjacent to the NYC Landmarked James Tower, and a façade meticulously crafted to echo the campus’s gothic architecture. Claremont Hall targets LEED Gold and WELL v2 certifications, exemplifying sustainable, contextually rooted urban development.

  • 277 Fifth Avenue is a 55-story, 673-foot-tall luxury condominium tower developed by Lendlease and Victor Group in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. The building comprises 130 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with sizes between 828 and 4,520 square feet. Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, the tower features a modern aesthetic with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of landmarks such as the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center. Interiors by Jeffrey Beers International incorporate natural materials like white oak and Italian marble, and many units boast corner exposures. Amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, spa facilities, private dining room, and a library lounge.
